Reservation Policies
Holiday Season Rates (December 18 through January 8)
Only $350 per night for a family of five + tax+cleaning fee
Regular Season Rates
Only $250 per night for a family of five + tax+cleaning fee
Cleaning Fee
There is a one time cleaning fee of $175
Deposit
We require one half the total due to hold your reservation. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.
Taxes
In addition to room rates, taxes are due on all accommodations in the State of Hawaii. They amount to 12.42%, a combination of an occupancy tax and a general excise tax.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to check in to receive a deposit refund, less $100 processing fee. All monies will be forfeited if cancellation is received with less than 60 days notice, unless the home can be re-booked. There are no refunds for early departure unless we are able to rebook the home.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
Travel insurance typically covers your losses if family medical crises or certain other emergencies force you to abandon or abbreviate a trip. There are a number of companies offering travel insurance over the internet.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept checks or cash, whatever is easiest for you.
Security and Lost Item Fees
By giving us your credit card number, you agree to be responsible for additional housekeeping charges (for excessive cleaning, laundry or check out past 11 am) damage to the property, use beyond the scope (no parties, receptions, luaus or other commercial use), occupancy beyond permitted maximum number of people and lost items. There is a $25 fee for lost keys or towels.
Parking
There is free parking on the property. Two spaces are provided.
